Property Refurbishment in St. Austell
Tired properties brought back to life, start to finish
A good refurbishment changes how a property looks, feels and works, and it's usually the quickest way to add real value without moving. Whether it's one tired room, a whole house that needs dragging into this decade, or a rental that has to be turned round fast between tenants, we'll take it on and run the whole thing.
We've handled refurbishments across St Austell, Par, Truro and the wider Cornwall area, from single room upgrades through to full property renovations and commercial units. Structural alterations, kitchens and bathrooms, plastering, flooring, carpentry and decorating, all delivered by one team so you're not left coordinating half a dozen trades yourself. We're fully insured and happy to walk the property with you before you commit to anything.Est. 2024 - 5 star Google Rating - Fully Insured - Cornwall-Wide
Refurbishment services in St Austell
Most refurbishments go wrong for the same reason: nobody is actually running them. Trades turn up in the wrong order, the plasterer arrives before the wiring is finished, somebody is waiting on somebody else, and a six week job quietly becomes a four month one. We manage the programme and sequence the trades ourselves, which is what keeps a refurbishment moving and keeps the cost where we said it would be.
We'll start by working out what you're actually trying to achieve, whether that's opening up a ground floor, restoring character to an older Cornish property, or simply getting a rental back to a lettable standard as quickly as possible. Then we'll price it honestly and get on with it. Sites are kept clean and contained, we work around you where we can, and you'll know what's happening each week rather than having to ask.

Adam and his team did some work at my house recently and I am very happy with how everything went. The work was completed in the exact time frame given, the whole job ran very smoothly and the finished patio, painting and rendering are done to a very high standard. I would 100% recommend this company

Common Refurbishment Questions
Got a question about a refurbishment? Here are the ones we're asked most often. If yours isn't covered, just give us a call and we'll talk it through.-
Often yes, particularly if the work is confined to certain rooms. We'll seal the working areas off and keep the mess contained. For a full house refurbishment involving the kitchen, bathroom, heating or electrics, moving out for part of it is usually quicker and a lot less stressful. We'll be straight with you about which applies before you commit.
-
A single room might be a week or two. A whole house typically runs from six weeks to several months, depending on the extent of the work and whether anything structural is involved. You'll get a realistic programme with the quote rather than an optimistic one, and we'll tell you as soon as anything changes.
-
Yes, and it's all coordinated as part of the job so you're not arranging it separately or waiting on someone else's diary. Any notifiable electrical or gas work is carried out by appropriately qualified and registered trades, and you'll get the relevant certificates at the end.
-
Yes. Alongside domestic refurbishments we work on commercial units and rental properties, including quick turnarounds between tenants. We're an approved contractor for letting and property agents across Cornwall, so we understand how much void periods cost.
