Reviews for Carlyon Bay Roofing & Property Maintenance

Rated 5.0 by every customer who has ever reviewed us

Backyard patio area with outdoor furniture, including a round table with an umbrella and several chairs, lush green lawn, various potted plants, and a white house with multiple windows and a brick section. Overcast sky.

Every single review we’ve had is five stars.

They come from homeowners across St Austell, Par and the wider county, from landlords running a handful of properties, and from a letting agent who puts us into homes week in week out. Nothing below has been tidied up or shortened. It's all exactly as it was written.

Worked with us? We’d love to hear about it.

If we've done a job for you, a review on Google genuinely helps. It's how people round here find us, and it takes about a minute.
