PROPERTY MAINTENANCE
Property Maintenance in Cornwall
One contractor for the whole building, not five
Keeping a property in good order means dealing with whatever it throws at you, and it rarely throws one thing. A leak takes out a ceiling. A ceiling needs a plasterer. The plaster needs painting. That's three trades and three sets of dates for one job.
We handle property maintenance across Cornwall, from St Austell and Par through to Fowey, Mevagissey and Truro. Whether it's a single repair or everything a portfolio throws up across a year, it's one number to ring and one invoice at the end.Est. 2024 - 5 star Google Rating - Fully Insured - Cornwall-Wide
Property Maintenance for Landlords, Letting Agents and Homeowners
We work regularly for letting and property agents across the county, and the job looks different from a one-off repair for a homeowner. A tenant has reported something and wants it dealt with. The agent needs it done without three phone calls chasing. The landlord needs to know what it cost and why.
So we quote properly before starting, turn up when we say we will, and tell you what we found rather than leaving you to work it out from an invoice. If a repair will not hold and the real fix is bigger, we say so at the time instead of coming back in six months.
For homeowners the same thing applies in a different shape. Most people do not want to project-manage a roofer, a plasterer and a decorator around their own job. We cover those trades between us, so you are not doing that.

Why Property Managers Use Us

You ring one number whatever the job is. We sort the order the trades need to happen in, which is the part that usually eats everyone's week.

Occupied properties need a different approach to empty ones. We turn up when we said, keep the mess contained and leave the place as we found it.
Fully Insured & Straight About Cost
Fully insured on every job, scaffolded work included. You get a proper quote before anything starts, and if something changes we tell you before we do it, not after.

Adam and his team did some work at my house recently and I am very happy with how everything went. The work was completed in the exact time frame given, the whole job ran very smoothly and the finished patio, painting and rendering are done to a very high standard. I would 100% recommend this company

Common Property Maintenance Questions
Got a question about property maintenance? Here are the ones we're asked most often. If yours isn't covered, just give us a call and we'll talk it through.-
Yes, and a good chunk of what we do is for agents managing properties across Cornwall. We can work from your job sheets, deal directly with tenants to arrange access if that is easier, and invoice per property.
-
That is most of what we do. Between us we cover roofing, plastering, carpentry, kitchens and bathrooms, decorating, groundworks and landscaping, so a job needing three of those is still one contractor and one set of dates.
-
We take emergency calls 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. For something causing damage, like a roof leak in bad weather, we will get someone out to make it safe and stop it getting worse, then sort the proper repair.
-
No. Quotes are free and there is no obligation. We would rather come out and look at it properly than price something over the phone and get it wrong.
-
No. We work across the whole of Cornwall, including Par, Fowey, Mevagissey, Charlestown, St Blazey, Truro and further afield.
-
Yes. If you are managing more than a couple of properties it is usually cheaper to catch things on a schedule than to react to them. Give us a ring and we will work out what makes sense for the properties you have.
